- Apply and choose your code. Something your followers will remember: your name or your handle. We approve most applications within two working days.
- Share your link. It looks like photographersfirst.com/c/yourname and works in bios, stories, video descriptions, newsletters and slides. The code works on its own too, at checkout.
- Your followers get 30 days free. The code applies itself when they arrive through your link. They see every open call in full, with alerts and an entry tracker.
- You earn on every payment. 30% of each payment for the first 12 months, tracked in your own dashboard: clicks, sign-ups, paying members and what you are owed.
Who it suits
The program works best for people whose audience already enters contests or wants to: photography teachers and mentors, workshop leaders, camera club organizers, portfolio reviewers, photographers who share their contest results, and creators who write or film about getting work seen. If your followers regularly ask "where should I submit this?", you already know the answer is useful to them.
What we ask
Be honest. Recommend us because the free calls and the Pro listings are genuinely useful, label the partnership clearly as your platform and your country require, and do not bid on our name in search ads. We will give you images, the week's best calls to talk about, and early news of features so you always have something fresh to share.
Different from the affiliate program
Our affiliate program is for websites and blogs that link to us from articles. The creator program is for people with an audience on social platforms, a newsletter or a classroom, and comes with a personal code and the longer free trial for followers.

Questions
How much can I earn?
30% of every payment from the people you bring, for their first 12 months. A follower on the yearly plan earns you €11.70. Ten a month adds up to more than €1,400 over a year, and you keep earning on renewals inside the twelve months.
What do my followers get?
30 days of Pro free, and their code applies on its own. Your code applies itself when they arrive through your link, and they can type it at checkout too.
How long does a click count?
60 days. If someone clicks your link today and signs up next month, the sign-up is yours.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, by bank transfer or PayPal, when your balance passes €50. Commission becomes payable after the refund window on each payment closes.
Do I need a big following?
No. We care more about who follows you than how many. A photographer with two thousand people who enter contests is worth more to us than a general account with two hundred thousand.
What must I disclose?
That the link is a paid partnership, in the way your platform asks (the "Paid partnership" label on Instagram, for example) and in line with the rules in your country. We will never ask you to hide it.
